Questions from employers
What companies ask us most often.
What does the placement cost me?
A commission per worker placed. The amount depends on the scope and is agreed in writing beforehand. It becomes due when the employment contract is signed — not before.
What must the position fulfil?
A concrete job offer is required. Conditions must be no less favourable than for comparable workers in Germany: statutory or collective minimum wage, proper working hours, holiday, social insurance.
Do I need a company number (Betriebsnummer)?
For the pre-approval procedure, usually yes. If you do not have one, tell us — you apply for it at the Federal Employment Agency.
How long until someone can start?
Several months in practice. Pre-approval and the visa appointment take up most of it. We can speed up the paperwork, not the authorities.
What if the employee leaves shortly after starting?
If they resign in the first weeks, we present a replacement once without a new placement fee, subject to a separate agreement. This does not apply if the resignation follows unpaid wages or conditions that differ from what was agreed.
Do I have to provide accommodation?
No, but it helps a great deal. Someone moving to a strange city without a German credit history and without the language will struggle to find a flat. If you provide one, we put the cost and setup into the listing.
Can we fill several positions at once?
Yes. Your employer area shows at any time how many places remain open per order and whom we have presented.
What happens to applicant data?
You only receive profiles of candidates who have consented to being passed on, and may use them solely for this recruitment.
Looking for staff?
