1. Service
We place workers from Albania and Kosovo with employers in Germany and support both sides organisationally. There is no entitlement to being placed in a job.
2. No promise of official decisions
We do not owe a pre-approval, a visa, a residence permit or any particular processing time. An employment contract alone creates no entitlement to a visa.
3. Fees
The placement fee is normally borne by the employer. Its amount is agreed in writing beforehand. We require no advance payment from applicants. Where statutory rules provide for a lower maximum fee or exclude a fee, those rules apply exclusively.
4. Cooperation
We end the placement in the event of false information or forged documents.
- Information must be truthful and complete.
- Documents submitted must be genuine and valid.
- Changes in your personal situation must be reported to us.
- Official appointments requiring personal attendance are attended by the applicant.
5. Account
Sign-in to the applicant area uses a one-time code sent to your email address. Do not share this code.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. We are not liable for decisions or processing times of authorities.
7. Governing law
Albanian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
