Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often — answered honestly.
Do I need a vocational qualification?
Under the Western Balkans regulation, a German-recognised vocational qualification is generally not a requirement. For regulated professions or other immigration routes, recognition or proof of qualification may be needed.
Does my contract have to be permanent?
No. A fixed-term contract can generally also work.
Am I guaranteed a visa?
No. Nobody can guarantee a visa. The decision rests solely with the competent German authorities. Anyone promising otherwise is not trustworthy.
Can the agency apply for my pre-approval?
If the German employer grants us the relevant power of attorney and the procedure allows it, we can represent them in the application to the Federal Employment Agency.
How long does the procedure take?
Processing times vary and cannot be guaranteed. Quotas apply in particular under the Western Balkans regulation.
Can I work as a driver, warehouse worker or production worker without a qualification?
In principle the Western Balkans regulation also allows employment that does not require a recognised German qualification. Certain roles — professional drivers in particular — carry additional requirements.
What does the placement cost me?
The employer normally pays the placement fee as a commission. The amount depends on the scope and is agreed in writing beforehand. Your own costs — passport, translations, visa fees, travel — are yours. We never ask for an advance payment.
Do I need to speak German?
For many warehouse, production and cleaning jobs, basic German is enough or none is required. In service roles, in care and as a professional driver, German is a practical requirement.
What happens to my documents?
Your documents are stored encrypted on a server in the European Union. We pass them on only to specific employers and, where the procedure requires it, to the competent authorities — and only with your consent. You can request deletion at any time.
Ready for the next step?
An application or a staffing request — both take a few minutes. We get in touch as soon as we have something suitable.
