For workers

Do you want to work legally in Germany? We place people across Germany and accompany you the whole way — the placement is normally paid for by the employer.

What we help you with

  • finding a suitable employer
  • placing you in a concrete job
  • preparing the required documents
  • communicating with the employer
  • preparing the pre-approval procedure
  • preparing your visa application
  • organising the next steps up to your arrival
  • preparing for your first day of work in Germany

Who can apply?

Our focus is on applicants from these countries. Depending on the position, we also place people without a recognised German vocational qualification.

  • Albania
  • Kosovo

Where we place people

Five fields with lasting demand. Other occupations on request.

What we need from you

Depending on the job and the procedure. The final list follows from the specific employment and the visa procedure.

  • a valid passport
  • contact details
  • a CV
  • details of your work experience so far
  • any training and employment records you have
  • a driving licence, if the job requires one
  • evidence of professional qualifications where applicable
  • further documents required for the visa procedure

What does it cost you?

The German employer normally pays for the placement — as a commission or service fee. What is charged in a given case depends on the scope and is agreed in writing beforehand. We never ask for an advance payment. Your own costs — passport, translations, visa and administrative fees, travel — are yours to bear.

Ready for the next step?

An application or a staffing request — both take a few minutes. We get in touch as soon as we have something suitable.
