What we can do — and what we cannot
Anyone who sells you a visa is lying to you. So here is the uncomfortable part first:
- We are a private recruitment agency, not a German authority and not a diplomatic mission.
- We do not sell visas and cannot guarantee a visa, a pre-approval or a residence permit.
- The Federal Employment Agency decides on pre-approval; the competent German mission decides on the visa.
What we actually do:
- place you in a concrete job with a vetted German employer
- prepare your documents so they hold up to what the authorities require
- represent the employer — with power of attorney — in the pre-approval procedure
- stay with you at every step until you have started work in Germany
The questions that come before everything else
Five answers before you sign anything — including where the answer is uncomfortable.
What does the placement cost, and who pays it?
Who pays for the placement is set out in writing in the contract beforehand. We never ask for an advance payment. You pay nothing for a conversation or for being added to a list. Anyone asking you for money before there is a concrete job does not work the way we do.
How long does it take until the first day at work?
We do not quote a number of weeks, because we have not completed enough cases of our own — and an estimate would be worthless. What we can say: the longest wait is the visa appointment at the German mission abroad, and none of us can influence that. The Federal Employment Agency’s advance approval is then valid for nine months.
Who can come under the Western Balkans regulation?
Nationals of the Western Balkan states holding a concrete job offer — without any qualification having to be recognised (Section 26(2) BeschV, 50,000 approvals a year, no expiry date). The priority check is provided for by law (section 26(2) sentence 1 BeschV) but has been suspended since 3 November 2023 (Federal Employment Agency instruction 202311002). Anyone who received benefits under the AsylbLG in the 24 months before the application is excluded.
How much German does the job actually require?
There is no statutory language test for this route. In practice A1 is enough for most positions; we ask for B1 only where the company explicitly requires it. The real limit is a different one: the safety briefing under Section 12 ArbSchG has to be understood. Where that fails, no certificate helps.
And if the approval or the visa is refused?
Then it is refused. The Federal Employment Agency decides on the approval, the mission abroad on the visa — we are neither, and we promise no outcome. What we do: prepare the papers so the common grounds for refusal never arise — a complete contract, comprehensible pay, a clear description of the work.

Do I need a vocational qualification?
Under the Western Balkans regulation, a German-recognised vocational qualification is generally not a requirement. For regulated professions or other immigration routes, recognition or proof of qualification may be needed.
Does my contract have to be permanent?
No. A fixed-term contract can generally also work.
Am I guaranteed a visa?
No. Nobody can guarantee a visa. The decision rests solely with the competent German authorities. Anyone promising otherwise is not trustworthy.
Can the agency apply for my pre-approval?
If the German employer grants us the relevant power of attorney and the procedure allows it, we can represent them in the application to the Federal Employment Agency.
