How the process works
Seven steps from first contact to your first day of work in Germany.
Application
You send us your personal details, your CV and any driving licences, qualifications and work experience you have.
Review
We check which open positions match your profile.
Employer
If the review is successful, you are presented to a suitable German employer.
Employment contract
If the employer chooses you, you receive an employment contract or a binding job offer.
Pre-approval
Where the procedure provides for it, the employer can apply for pre-approval from the Federal Employment Agency. With power of attorney we represent them and file the documents.
Visa application
Once the requirements are met, you apply for your visa in person at the competent German mission or its service provider.
Arrival in Germany
Once the visa is granted you travel to Germany and take up employment under the conditions of your residence title.
How long does it take?
That cannot be promised honestly. Processing time depends on the country of origin, the type of employment, quotas and the authority involved. Quotas apply in particular under the Western Balkans regulation.
