Production worker
Shift-based manufacturing: a fixed workplace, fixed hours, regulated supplements. Entry without a qualification, with training usually taking a few days.
Typical duties
- 01Assemble, inspect or feed the production line
- 02Carry out quality checks and remove rejects
- 03Supply materials and remove finished goods
- 04Keep the workstation clean and report faults
Requirements
- No qualification needed; training is provided on site
- Willingness to work shifts, often a three-shift system
- Reliability and punctuality
The statutory minimum wage in Germany is €13,90 gross per hour (2026). Many sectors apply higher collective or sector minimum wages.
