Typical duties
- 01Prepare dishes to menu and standard
- 02Run a section independently, e.g. sides or grill
- 03Organise mise en place and keep an eye on stock
- 04Follow and document HACCP requirements
Requirements
- Several years of kitchen experience; references help
- Basic German for communication within the team
- Resilience under daily service pressure
The statutory minimum wage in Germany is €13,90 gross per hour (2026). Many sectors apply higher collective or sector minimum wages.
