Parcel delivery driver
Parcel delivery is one of the most frequently filled roles under the Western Balkans regulation. A vocational qualification is usually not required — a category B licence is.
Typical duties
- 01Deliver parcels on a fixed route in a city or surrounding area
- 02Load the vehicle at the depot each morning and plan the route order
- 03Scan consignments with a handheld device and collect signatures
- 04Document undeliverable parcels correctly and return them
Requirements
- Category B driving licence, with some practical driving experience
- Physical fitness — parcels weigh up to around 31.5 kg
- Basic German is often enough; more is an advantage
The statutory minimum wage in Germany is €13,90 gross per hour (2026). Many sectors apply higher collective or sector minimum wages.
